How: Interlock hands and prop the back of your arms on your knees. Tuck your chin and place your forehead against your hands. Gently push your neck and hands toward each other until you sense a little neck tension.Hold for 30 seconds, being careful not to push too hard.

Why: With dance choreography using more head snaps, turn sets and hair whips than ever before, you need a strong neck.
