The 12 Days of Fitmas Day 11: Kneeling attitude

How: Start in kneeling. Raise your knee toward your elbow,keeping your upper arms level. Try for a goal of repeating 10 x on each side. Add challenge by closing your eyes.

Why: This alignment exercise really helps coordinate your hips and core for kick sets.
