How: Place your sits bones on your feet. Keep your toestucked under and heels together. Hold for 30 seconds.
Why: Dancers often focus on pointing their entire foot. Inreleve the toes actually need to stretch the other direction. This stretchhelps improve releve. You need a strong releve to do more turns.
